Enhancing Precision in Pediatric Neurosurgery: ROSA ONE Integration with LITT

Phoenix Children’s continues to advance minimally invasive neurosurgical techniques with the integration of the ROSA ONE Brain Robot into Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy (LITT) procedures. This robotic platform enhances surgical accuracy by providing real-time stereotactic guidance, allowing for precise targeting of deep-seated or difficult-to-access lesions. By combining ROSA’s robotic navigation with the thermal ablation capabilities of LITT, neurosurgeons can treat conditions such as epilepsy and brain tumors with greater precision, reduced operative time, and improved safety profiles. This integration represents a significant step forward in delivering high-impact, image-guided care for pediatric patients.
